Our Premises

PAC premises (factory, warehouse, offices, and Lab/R&D) are located in Dubai Industrial City (DIC), within the Emirates of Dubai. DIC is the newest Industrial Zone in Dubai, in vicinity of the EXPO 2020 site, the new Al Maktoum Airport, and the expected Wholesale City.

DIC is very close to the border between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and it is linked to all other Emirates, as well as the Jebel Ali Free Zone/Port, with a new network of roads.

The new industrial landmark, built according to Dubai Municipality green building specifications, includes a state-of-the-art laboratory and R&D center, four production lines, and offices. These facilities will cater to the local and export market of construction chemicals.
